Stone civilization oh the shingle of the river Adige in Zevio?
I’m not a critic, an expert, so with regard to Luigi Lineri’s personal art
exhibition I feel like many others do: curiosity at first, then astonishment and
finally euphoria, imagining what consequences and gleams could open for a more
complete knowledge of our territory, overall considered, and its ancient
inhabitants.
It’s a fascinating prospect, I must confess, but I don’t mean to force the hand
of those who surely have the qualifications to give, maybe, an univocal answer.
For the moment it’s enough, I think, that he is known, that questions are asked
and people debate. Luigi Lineri deserves this and even more for the outburst and
the charge he has been showing for all these years (and I think it mustn’t have
been easy at all), for his resolute conviction, for the silence, humility,
almost bashfulness that have characterized his enquiry work.
